As pictured, I started with a brown colour but raised it to blue.  Anodizing can be changed in colour to a higher volutage but not lower unless it is sanded off... therefore the top surface of the pendant could be sanded off and a contrasting colour applied optionally or the entire piece raised in voltage/colour in a solid or  a tapered blend of colours
